Looking for Fluke Tabs

I have a tank that has been completely ruined by little blue clove polyps. I was wondering if anyone had some Fluke tabs? If you do or know someone who does please let me know when you get a chance.

I have one tab left from treatment. Got it from local reef club member!!!
How big is your tank?
I treated 120+ with one tab. BUt in the process I lost almost all my CUC including shrimps starfish ect.
