I am having a small localized breakout of algae (see attached picture) it very localized to the coral in the picture. it brown and I am able to pick it off with tweezers to some extend but can't figure out how to get rid of it. The rest of the tank look fine. my levers are very good Nitrite 0, Nitrate 1.6, phosphate .19 (is that high). Any help would be appreciated.

I don't like phosphates to get above 0.1 so I would lower it. You can try an emerald crab, flux rx or similar if its pretty bad and wide spread (if it is hair algae), etc. Some phosphate media should get that fixed but you want to avoid getting phosphates up like that again. Some coral dips claim to kill hair algae but I haven't tried that with success.

Hydrogen Peroxide dosing. My daughter's E-170 all of sudden had a huge bloom of GHA from some fish dying, so we started dosing it. 1ml per 10 gallons. It's cleared up nicely.
