Looking for Icecap 3k gyre opinions

I am interested in doing one of these in my reefer 170, currently have 2 jeabo rw-4 powerheads in there. I guess I'm just curious if this would be too much flow and not seeing to many reviews on them so am curious about how people like them that own them or have seen them in action

You can always turn down the pump to 20%. The Gyre pumps are great to have in a system.

It has worked awesome in my 75. My corals response to the flow is excellent
