Just an fyi after a year I'm already having problems with mine
Just letting you know if you try to save money from mp10 or mp40. You will regret. I had to resell because it needs lot of maintenance compare to mp series. One stir up on sand bed, you need to take out because it creates whirling sound. (Can hear from other room lol) I do like the amount of flow they generate (probably 5 times more than mps) but not on reliability. It will be good choice if you have a garage frag tank, but for living room? Nah...

Contrary to the others i have ran two for some time now and had no issues. I will know by the end of the week if I am tearing my tank down, If so I will have two 1k's and a battery back up available.
