My sailfin is also great with everyone else currently in the tank. Would adding two more tangs be enough to decrease the chances of aggression without pushing me over my fish limits?

Adding 2 or more is always a good idea. Tangs are generally very peaceful to non surgeon fish.

So would a blonde naso, white tail bristletooth, and sailfin be able to get along in my 180 along with my other fish? Assuming I don't get some crazy tang with a bag attitude.

I think so. It really depends on the sailfin as he's been in there a while.

have you tried any pygmy angels ? flame , flameback, potter"s
I was just checking out your regal. I hear it's kinda risky with the acans and blastos, but how about mushrooms, frogspawn, torches, and hammers. I don't mind getting rid of the acans and blastos, but I need the frogspawns. My clowns love them

Euphyllia should be ok, they were ignored by the regal in a show tank at my LFS, but that is a small sample size.

Well, I pulled the trigger on a regal angel. Beautiful fish and is eating like a pig. I was hoping to add another fish sometime soon and was wondering if it would be possible with my current fish list (in my original post including the regal). If so, I'm back to the dilemma of which fish to get.

@Bryon, a great fish for you would be an Achilles tang. They are beautiful active and nicely sized. You can get a nice sized one (like 4"-5") from zoacollector.com for only $125

I recently added a trio of blue gudgeon dartfish, along with a zebra-bar dart (they only had the one...) They're out most of the day, very long and slender, and brilliant sky blue. I think that if the surf above my liverock wasn't so turbulent, they'd hang pretty close to the surface, but as it is, they tend to hold in the current along with the firefish and flasher wrasse.

Just a thought ...
