Looking for large frag plugs...

Does anyone know where I can get the large frag plugs with the hole in the middle to mount the smaller frag plugs on? I know I've seen them on here but can't remember which thread or who has them.

I've seen something similar on eBay which is a half ball shaped with couple of holes to plug frags
