For moonlighting you want to replicate the natural intensity and timing of the moon phases.
$150 per fixture leaves little room for other than an import using dated "Bridgelux Knockoffs". Some have had good results growing some corals with them, but at that price I have not seen one with a built in controller to simulate sunrise, sun set, and moon phase.
If your on a budget the Storm Controller offers excellent features like full moon phase. The downside/upside is you will have to DIY to stay close to your budget.
