Ok so I've decided getting out the hobby just wasn't in it for me right now. So I am looking for 3 LED fixtures or maybe Halides. Just depends on the setup. Maybe ya'll can throw some advice to me on this also. I am having to light a 6 foot 125. Right now I have a 48 inch 6 bulb t5 but it just isn't doing it for the bottom of the tank. Can't even get zoas happy 4 inches from the bottom. So what do ya'll think would be the way to light it. 3 halide fixtures or 3-4 LED fixtures. Either way I'll be looking at buying some in the next couple weeks at the latest. So let me know what ya'll have

If you decide on halide I have 3 ballasts. 2 are 250 watt galaxies 1 is a 250watt ice cap. I have a couple of mogul ends and bat wing reflectors and some 8-10 month old bulbs. If I can meet you and not have to ship id do $140 for all of it.

I went with (2) OceanRevive Arctic S026 for my 4' long 90 gallon, 24" deep. It's only been a week, but they seem to be great. I've only got them running 40%/30% and all the corals, even the bottom ones are opening like they did under the halides. They're not controlable, but have manual dimmers, full spectrum led and very affordable. You might want to take a look at them. (3) would probably be good for your tank.

Where are you located and can you get some pics of them

Those are some nice lights but I'm trying to avoid spending another 500 for lights on a tank for now. I spent over 300 on my t5's middle of last year and only had them on a tank for a couple months. If I could find a good deal on some used ones it would be a different story lol
