As the title says I'm looking for an ATO with a low profile that I can use in a 20g tank. I have one installed now but it's too obtrusive and want something that doesn't take up too much space.

Thanks guys. Since this is my second tank and it's basic with just a HOB filter and Chinese black box lighting I was hoping I wouldn't have to spend that much, oh well.

I really like the smart micro ATO. I think there are a lot of places to save money in the hobby but not with the ATO for me personally.

I agree that's why I'm willing to splurge on the ATO. If you have this one how does the fail safe work if the sensor is bumped or in the case of overfilling, the description doesn't go into detail.

The ato remembers how long the fill took. If the next fill is 3x longer power is cut and it beeps. Simple but it works.
