I'm looking for a power head for a 24 gallon biocube that is less than $200 and can sustain sps. I'm thinking of an ice cap generation, has anyone had a good experience with this?

The new Aqamai pumps are amazing too. WiFi controllable and wide/even flow much like the Hydor Koralias. Probably good for a smaller tank when your pumps will be close to the corals so they don’t get blasted but it really gets the water moving.

Tunze. For that size tank, a 6040 would be nice if you want to hide it, otherwise a 6055. These cost more than some of the other brands, but they last quite a long time, are easily repairable and Tunze has outstanding customer support.

I'm having trouble finding reviews on it, do u have one? How long have u had it, and what's ur experience?
I just bought one last night. Going to throw it in today and I'll let you know how I feel about it.
I do know they had 1 working in a 60 cube tank. It was barely running and everything was swaying. Also, dead silent.

I am building out a Red Sea max nano and looking for a pump other than Vortech, want something new.

How did the Reefbuilder do? That skimz pump caught my eye too

It's a big as a mp40 at 2000 gpm instead of 4500gpm. You can have different modes thru the day or of the box. I saw one working at the lfs, quiet. You can also buy the Wi-Fi box for them. 1 for each pump at $75 and have even more control. It would still be less $ than vortech mp10's and have more power in the water. Mp10 do 1500gpm.
The bushings are also replaceable, it is very easy to do with needle nose pliers. That is a big plus also.
