Looking for reliable chiller recommendations

Its summer and so far I've had issues with my A/C 3 times this year since March. I am not up for risking the worst case scenario... Can someone recommend a reliable and quiet chiller for a 75 gallon tank?

No worries... I can't afford for my apt complex maintenance people to keep letting my A/C break. Especially in this heat. My A/C has had issues 3 times this year. So if they want to keep putting a bandaid on the real issue then I'll at least fix things so I don't have to worry about my tank.

I got the jbj chiller for my 200 gallon reef tank , super quiet .. Love it
