im in the market for a return pump but since im new to all this I would need your guys help the pump would need to push water though two media reactors for now I would leave room for something in the future now sure what only time will sell thanks hope this little information helps.

Consider two smaller pumps instead of one bigger one. Then if one fails, you're not at 0. I use Sicce A/C pumps. DC pumps let you control the flow, but unless you have a small tank or a huge pump, you'll probably keep it on full power anyway because flow is good.

First thing to consider is how big the return pump chamber is? Then how big is your aquarium? Do you plan on make a manifold style return and running thing off of the return pump like carbon reactor or uv sterilizer? If you give me that information i can help ya choose what you need.

What are you keeping in the return chambers? Most pumps run at thousands lph, and can break down the media witch is no good, I run my tank with a tmc 8000 return pump

okay so im making a manifold with three gate valves two are for the AquaMaxx reactors the last one is will not be in use just yet until I figure out what I want to run on it, I will be running all this on a Red Sea reefeer 350 which is 91 gallons with the sump included.

woahh it moves 2000+ gallons us and its only 145 USD good bang for your buck and its DC powered the only thing would be the shipping price to the US.
