He's always gotten back to me pretty quick so I don't have much input for you unfortunately. I do know he's nearly a one man operation at times so he might be swamped with orders and other stuff on the farm especially considering he's still settling in after moving the business to another location. I've read in other places it can take a couple weeks to get some orders out because of this so maybe just give it some time and send a friendly reminder email after a week or so and see what's up.
I of course can't vouch for him personally or anything like that. I'm just a customer and consumer of his online content. But reading between the lines he seems like a pretty good dude. He's also got a couple of kids that are getting older now (school activities, sports, docs, movies, etc, etc) so I'm sure that doesn't help much.
