Can someone give me suggestions on a bright red, reef safe fish that will go with my current livestock in a 150 gallon tank.
Yellow tang, hippo tang, clown pair, royal gramma, Chromis pair, Lyretail anthias trio, exquisite fairy wrasse, Goldhead goby

Male flame wrasse. Not all red but beautiful!

I've got a pair of ruby scooter dragonets. Don't see them all the time, but they certainly fit the "bright red" (female is darker, male lighter) criterion, and if you wait a while, they'll pop out from between a couple of rocks. Another benefit is that they utilize a completely different part of the aquarium from most of your fish.

There are some wrasses that fit that "bright red" as well, but some have a reputation as bullies. (Like the social/longfin wrasse)

Flame angel? I've never had one nip corals, and with your extra feedings for the anthias I dont see him getting hungry enough to go near corals.

Flame hawk?

Flame Hawks are fun fish!
Rather than swim around, they perch on the rocks and coral.
Cool little personalities.

If you'd rather a fish that is actively swimming through the water column, go for one of the wrasse suggestions.
