Just wanted to add some additional photos. I had an amazing response on my first post. I found a small local store and I am going to be taking in a water sample next week and hopefully begin the rehab on this tank. So far I have cleaned the filters and I did about a quarter water change. Thank you all so much! I can't wait to add new pics!

Not sure what type of suggestions you are looking for. But if it were me I would start with a new heater and a controller for it. I like to test my own water. So I would get some testing kits. And remember, slow change is best
