Looking for Uronema Confirmation

Can anyone confirm from the picture that this is uronema?

Uronema is notoriously difficult to identify without a microscope, the lesions look too much like other issues.
One thing is that fish dying from Uronema often do so with their mouths wide open and this one is closed - that isn’t a 100% thing though.
If the fish was imported in the last 40 days or so, it is likely Uronema or Uronema mixed with a bacterial infection.

I euthanized the fish - maybe that accounts for the closed mouth?

Fish started showing symptoms 22 days into qt.

Could be, some euthanasia agents cause a fish to relax first, and then, the mouth would close. I think it was Uronema - sorry!
