LOOKING FOR UV STERILIZER

I have a recently new setup with a red sea Max S650. (OCTOBER) I have had cloudy water since almost inception. I am trying CLARIFI-SW but if it is a bacteria Bloom I am thinking it will not work. So I have been told that if it is a bacteria Bloom that my best bet is a UV sterilizer. What model is recommended that will not require massive plumbing changes to my MAX S? Also, is there any type of bacteria that will fight a bacteria bloom?

Use Dr Tims Waste Away, sometimes Chewy has good prices on it. For a UV I like Aqua UV I would plump it sump to sump, start a 25 watt.
