it's awesome to see my clownfish and their relationship with BTA's but sometimes I feel like I'm missing some more movement in the tank. aside from the clowns, I have a male Bartlett anthias, female turning male Lyretail anthias, Yellow tang, and Chevron tang. I need a fish that won't mess with the BTA's, obviously so I'm open to pretty much anything. I was looking into adding some dwarf angels but I dunno. I was also thinking of giving in to the kiddos wanting a Dori (yellow belly). what do you guys think will be good compliments for my clownfish/anemone tank?

any input is appreciated.

Thanks.

Sounds like some great additions to me! We have tangs and wrasse with our nems, they're doing just fine!! Good luck with the additions!

Marvin, deep down you want some wrasses. LOL, quit fighting it.

LoL. wrasses are awesome but I really want to try out other fishes as I've always had wrasses. I might actually try out some Allen's damselfish to add some blue color in the tank. decisions, decisions!!

Just let the kids have their "Dori", do it for the kids man lol

And what the heck throw a dwarf in there too :)

I like the dori but i couldnt keep one from getting ich. Another cool fish that I am going to get again is a bi color blenny. I like how they back into the rocks

Hmmm.. Tilefish. Might have to look them up. Might end up pickin' up a Dori since it's an C&A tank. Still not sure about the dwarf. I'm leaning towards the Allen's damsels coz of hardiness. If I end up going with them, would 5 be alright?

I'm going to be putting a tilefish in my tank for sure. I like the bluejaw tilefish but the purple looks awesome as well.

Check out these:

5 should be fine as long as they dont remember they r damsels. My 1.5" yellow tail was a sissy, hid all day then one day he woke up remembered hey I am a damsel and now he doesn't even back down from my 6" Passer Angel, harrasses my anthias and wrasses, but is to small for me to capture in my 180 because he can fit through all the barricades I have to try to get him on one side so I don't have to break it all down and drain it for a $5 fish......

Have seen in person and was in love with them but they are hard to eat just like any anthias. I was thinking of adding some female Bartlett's since my male is a good size one already but leaning towards not putting anymore anthias. I'm leaning towards hardier species like clowns so the Allen's damsels are winning atm. Thanks for the heads up though. I also saw the 5 lot Helfrich's on their site and was tempted. LoL. One day I'll be able to set up a much bigger tank. :)
