So right now I am running a 75 gal DT plumbed into an old 135 gal that is being used as a large macro tank and a 40 gal sump. I would like to keep using the same stand I built that has the 48 x 18 footprint, but go larger. I am thinking the 110 gal 4ft. frame tank. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of who to go with for the build. I have checked out gla$$cages thus far, but have been considering other options. Anyone have any recommendations!?

Glass cages is probably the cheapest option. I used AGE (Acrylic and Glass Exhibits) for my 300 and love it. Reef Savvy, Coast to Coast, Miracles are also great choices. I would highly suggest going all out and getting a new stand with bigger footprint. To keep the same footprint you will just be going taller which doesn't give you any more options on fish or aquascape, might as well keep the 75. To save money you could get an off the shelf (Marineland or Aqueon) 4 ft 150 instead of custom. Dimensions are 4x2x2.5.

Yea I have been battling with the idea of expanding out length wise as well. I have to try and make this transition an acceptable one for the wife as well, so all new everything doesn't always work. I have seen quite a few Reef Savvy tanks and love them, but I have not seen any of the others. Thanks!

Checkout Deep Sea Aquatics. They are the old Oceanic guys who created their own company, they make a standard 60" tank line you might like. - DSA 60" Long Tanks - Deep Sea Aquatics - Aquariums

Very high quality for a very reasonable price.

I've heard good things about DSA as well. I went from a 75 to a 180 gallon myself and now to my 300. The 180 was an Aqueon, 6x2x2 drilled with dual overflow for $900. I made my own stand for it and was pleasantly surprised how it turned out. My suggestion is always go as big as you possible can, otherwise you will be wishing you had!
