Looking to ID this coral for care

I purchased this coral about 3 montgs ago and have been trying to establish what it is. The LFS had no idea but its flourescent yellow green color was very appealing. It seems to do well in the higher 2/3 of my tank, and likes 420 and 460 t5 lights I have, but not noticeably different. When I have seen any changes, it either swells up on the edges, or (and this has only happened once) the center seems to open up and seem to exit through the "mouth". I have not seen it try to consume food. Ive tried reef roids, mysis shrimp, pellets, phyochrom, and reefreshments live phyto. I'm really seeing nothing at all. The day after I bought it, I thought I saw some tentacles, but havent seen them again. This is a lights on, and pitch black monitoring. Any help would be appreciated.
