Looking to replace Skimmer pump need help

I have a Reef Octopus Diablo Skimmer thats a couple of years old the pump is starting to become really loud and not functioning the same way it used to a year ago i was wondering if could get some help on either a way to find the model of the Octopus Diablo skimmer or if the picture of the pump that i have now of the label on the rear of it is more than enough info..

Any info if this sicce psk1000 would be the right pump to replace it with??????
