Looking to start a 60 breeder fowlr

Hey there. I’m looking at starting a new tank as an upgrade from my 13.5 fluval evo. I’m not really sure where to start or what to get and also don’t want to spend a mass amount of money. Can anyone recommend what I should be getting to start this tank? Lights, pumps, heaters, etc. I’d really appreciate all the help I can get. I’m new to this hobby.

What fish are you looking to keep?

FOWLR will definitely "save" money in that you won't need to spend as much for lights/flow.

Are you going to be buying a drilled tank/drilling it?

Well I already have fish. 2 clowns and a six line wrasse. And we decided on a reef tank which I know I should have edited the post lol. I’m sorry. This is all much more new to me. I have some corals already. A Duncan, zoas and a pulsing Xenia.
