I'm looking to switch out my XR30 Gen3, I want to try something different. Even contemplating going back to halide. Not looking to break the bank. I have a Artisan II 70g, currently using just the one XR30 on it. I still have my mounting bolts in the ceiling just in case I went with hanging lighting again.

Thanks

I would add a T5 hybrid to your Radion and call it a day. Best of both worlds and not breaking the bank.

ive gone over to T5ho. I'm loving it. Ialso have an led on the tank to so kinda a hybrid

I'm not getting the desired growth out of this fixture. My Gen1 were great, but the Gen3 seems to be lacking. Looking to try something new.

I've heard about these Chinese black boxes. Where would I find them? Thanks
You can find them on eBay or here when other reefers upgrade. Or sbreeflights is a popular brand direct from their website.

I’m an ATI Sunpower T5 fan and user. However, since you already have an XR30 gen 3, why don’t you pick up another G3? Run both fixtures oriented perpendicular to the tank, such that the pucks or each fixture run from front to back.

Not huge t5 fan. I had a fixture on my 120g years ago and missed the shimmer. I've thought about doing that with another radion but the $$$$$
