Looking unhappy

Im asking for a friend because I don't know. He has a bubble tip that looks really unhappy. It originally was bright green. Then it discolored some. He finished out he had dead bulbs and changed them. When he did the anemone moved. Today it really doesn't look good. Any thoughts?

Can your friend provide some more info? Tank age, water parameters, lighting, how long has he had it.

High nitrate, phosphate likely. Like crabs said need tank parameters please.

90 gallon. Tank is 11 months old. Has had anemone for 3 months. T5 lighting 3 builds. 2 white one blue. He doesn't remember the numbers from the last year. Will have to get them ran
