I have a budget of $400, and im looking for coo, an exotic fish and corals. What should I get? Does anyone have any suggestions and or things they have? Thanks! (I really like LPS and Frogspawns, Torches, Hammers, elegance, and sun corals- plus exotic fish! :) ) What would you guys suggest?

If you can find a golden torch you won't be dissapointed, makes a really great "centerpiece". Most of the extremely rare fish are going to cost you well over $400 from what I've seen. There are some very nice wrasses however that you can find for good prices.

Thanks- I can put in a lot more, im just kind of looking for something that will bring in some color and movement to my 150

Ahh well with a tank that size I'd maybe consider a juvenile caribbean tang or a tomini tang (they are my favorite). The carribean tang starts out yellow with blue tipped fins as a juvenile and turns completely blue as it ages. Tomini tangs are just extremely peacful and mine looks purple under aquarium lights even though he has a brown boddy. The bright orange fins are really eye catching as well. Naso and kole tangs also look great in my opinion. Aberrant (Koi) Scopas Tangs are the exotic variety for sure. You may have to search for a long while to find a pattern you want but it's definitely what I would consider more exotic.

Gold aussi torch coral is on the top of my lps list. Pretty pricy tho I’ve seen them go for $100 a head

will the Caribbean tang be aggressive? I've had yellow tangs who have been very aggressive and I dont want to repeat that (mind you, he was 6.5" long and had been in there the longest) I already have a naso tang and a tomini tang

I'm not sure how aggressive they are since I've never kept one. I just make sure my fish don't feel like they have to compete for food and I never have any aggression issues.

My one and only Euphyllia, gold frogspawn is withering away from Brown Jelly disease :(

The LFS that i bought it from, has a tiny 3 head 'mother' colony, that may or may not be diseased too. ;Rage
