So I picked up my first coral from a lfs and got it home and forgot the name of lol but does anyone know what the hitch hiker is

It does not move at all

The coral is a pulsing Xena. Be careful with it, it can take over tanks if it is happy! Not sure on the hitch-hiker. It's always good practice to dip your corals before adding to your main tank though. That way you can get rid of all hitch-hikers. Some can be pretty nasty!

The hitchhiker looks like a ball anemone. They are harmless.

Yeah I have a island I'm going to isolate it on that way it doesn't take of the tank
