Looks like a white worm on live rock?

I have a bunch on these small white things on my live rock and also in my sump. Never seen them move. Would anyone have an idea what they are and if they are harmful to corals? Thank you for any help. Happy reefing.

Are these bad for a reef tank or should I leave them? Thanks again for the answer. I had problems find what they were on the internet.
