I found this on my rock today, I have pair of clowns in tank. What is it?

In my experience, if the are cyano, they don't spread much, and even if you do, it might pop up somewhere else. Spreads even less if it is sponge. I wouldn't bother removing if I were you, but you can remove it.

You can try scrubbing with a toothbursh (might put a dent on it if it were cyano) or try to peel it (if it peels as a whole, might be a sponge)

I've had sexy shrimp spawn, and the mother, like most crustaceans, keep their eggs under their swimming legs to keep it protected and aerated until they hatch.

Doesn't seem like sexy shrimp (or any shrimp) eggs to me

yes, 3 sexy shrimps, one of them is bigger then other 2.
also 1 fire shrimp.

This is what Sexy Shrimp eggs look like. They are attached to the mother until they hatch.

When they are ready to hatch, the mother will "Spasm" and just jolt around swimming around the tank to release the babies.

What you have in the picture are not sexy shrimp eggs. Unless they dropped it early, then it should not even be attached to the rock and they are long gone
