Looks like wheat or pampas

I noticed it in my overflow box. Looks like wheat or pampas grass. I took the photo using a yellow lense cover. Any ideas what it is?

There are many forms of Bryopsis... this may be one...? Looks like it likes a high flow area and lower light.
