I only use the pumps so lighting wont be part of this.
Setup was very simple, took a whole of 5 minutes.
Cost me $49 thanks to a 50% offer they are running for intro buyers.
Current-USA through in 2 free usb speakers with the order.

App is responsive was able to mimic my settings i had with the ir controller in less than a minute.

Now the speakers.
They play a mixture of sound fx and music based on storm settings. I really dont know if ill leave this but for now since i am awake its on lol.

Theres a temperature probe, and settings for max and min. Why also not sure [emoji848]. Theres no socket for a heater. Maybe it sounds over the speakers if out of range? An option for attachable outlet would make this an awesome non controller tank option.

Well totally worth the $49 or the regular $99 to be able to change flow, feed button, or maintenance from my phone instead of using outlets or the ir remote.

I think the best qualities of the Bluetooth hub are the features it adds over the loop controller:

Night mode for pumps - reduces flow setting by 30% during the moonlight phase of the lights. Works for all flow modes and can be set individually for each pump. Not possible without the Bluetooth hub.

Programmable lighting effects for the lights during moonlight phase. Also not possible without the Bluetooth hub.

The ability to daisy chain additional wave pump and light hubs so you can have additional motion pumps or lights on a single channel.

Additional programmable storm patterns for lights during daylight phase.

Sounds effects.

Temperature sensor with planned email alerts coming soon. Heater control is rumored to be in the works as well.

Optional display is coming soon that shows real time feedback of light and pump status ( flow rate, color intensities, etc.)

Also worth mentioning it's a huge cost savings for someone who hasn't yet invested in the loop products. You no longer have to buy the kits. With the $50 Bluetooth hub ( use code: bluecode50 on the current usa site) you simply add the LED accessory lights and eflux accessory wavepumps. Much cheaper than buying the loop controller, wavepump kit, etc...

I bought the marine loop bundle model 4301 in December. Love it so far, haven’t checked to see if it’s compatable with the Bluetooth yet.

On the DC pump hub you should see a bluetooth symbol if it is compatible.

It’s installed in my stand. Lol. Can’t remove it without tearing the whole thing out.

I got mine last June. It had the blue tooth logo on the now but wasn't. I called and they are sending me new hubs. It might be worth a call and see if they will send you a new hub out. I know Monday the controller doubles I'm price.

Got my blue tooth hubs in today. The hubs that came with my pumps are grey and the new ones are blue. Not sure if all BT hubs are blue but the new ones are.
