Los Angeles Coral

I'm headed to LA Friday and hoping to pick up a couple frags while I'm there. It's always interesting to see which frags are common and which ones are rare in different areas. Do you guys know of any good coral shops or hobbyist in LA? Thanks!

not sure how long you are there but a quick drive down to san diego may be worth it if you get by aqua sd. I was very impressed with that store when I had a chance to visit last year. One of the few stores that really know how to do sps right.

There's quite a few stores here in SoCal. Depends on where you want to drive to. There's sexy corals, reef raft, coral collection, age of aquariums, coral gazers, and vivid aquariums to name some. Haha.

Thanks for the response Alf. I'm going to be mainly in Culver City, Simi Valley, Chatsworth, and Santa Barabara. Any chance you or some reef buddies around there would be up for some east coast/west coast trading? I'm mainly looking for zoas lately.

Chameleon unfortunately I won't be there long enough to run down to San Diego this time. I love SD and the train ride down there, so I'll definitely try to check out aqua sd next time I'm in CA.
