Losing color and little white spot

Hey all.
My Tang seems like it is losing color or getting a white film. Not dusted looking.
also there is a white spot on fin.
what do you all think.
ive had him since Saturday. Lost a wrasse yesterday.

The spot on the fin looks like it could be sand or lymphocytosis. The color is likely a stress response. Nothing appears to be wrong with the tang, but a video would be helpful. Is it acting off at all?
More concerning is that there is fish death already occurring. How did the wrasse look/act before dying.

He seems fine to me. But I’m new to saltwater.
Jay used the term Moribund for the wrasse.
it was hiding a lot.

This is not moribund which would be a coma state and not in distress

Need pic under white lighting as it’s unclear as to what the object is which may be lymphocystis which is viral but too dark to confirm
How is fish breathing?
Is it eating?
What foods are you feeding it?
Fish seems a little thin
