Losing fish, disease help

I lost a blotched anthias and a Royal Gramma while I was battling Dino's. Figured it was toxins from them dying off. Now my clownfish is on his way out. Looks exactly the same as the other 2 fish that already passed. Whatever this is, it comes on quick. Fish look fine and withing 6 hours they are at deaths door. Any ideas or diagnosis?

It definitely resembles velvet. Based on the pic you provided as well as the description of symptoms.
