Unless you have dosed copper, no need to test yet. Although, if your fish have either ich or velvet, copper will be the recommended medication. Good to have some on hand.

They had velvet before 1 month, and I have treat some fishes that I could catch with cupramine in qarantine, but it seems I had to watch for ammonia spike and it seems ammoia killed japonicus while hepatus stayed alive. This clown died before several days..

Copper kills lionfish so don't use it on lionfish.

If using copper, was it chelated or coppersafe?
What level did you run copper and what copper test kit did you use
How long did you run copper
What ammonia kit are you using

Elevated nitrate and ammonia as well as overdose of copper will cause some of the issues described.
Are fish breathing normal or labored?

That was seachem cupramine. I have used salifert copper test and it shown 0,5 value. I have run copper for 3 days all were ok , fishes start to eat even they had white dots all over body. Ammonia kit was expired, so i didnt test it at the moment. Fish breath normal, but they were letargic, hiting glass of aquarium like they are blind, opened mouth....

If you didn't remove and treat all your fish in QT while leaving your tank fallow for 45 to 76 days then the disease is still in your tank and will kill all your fish.

3 days , the copper is just taking effect
It’s a full 30 days of treatment. As mentioned, tank they came from fishless- no fish for 6-8 weeks. No more 76 days protocol
Open mouth likely due to high ammonia. Best is to do a large water change and start treatment cycle again at .5 for 30 days and owe it to yourself to get a reliable ammonia test kit
At 3 days when dots are vanishing , does not mean they are cured but improving

You are losing fish. Do you really want to trust a $7 badge to assure your water is optimum ?
I highly recommend brands such as :
Nyos
salifert
Hanna
Elos
LaMotte
