Lost a clown, bad luck or should I be concerned?

Well, lost a clownfish. She'd been with me for about 4 years now, I think. No new additions in the past two years at least. I've kinda lost track. So I doubt it's disease.
Bowels looked pushed out. Possible she ate something that didn't pass? Possible obstruction?
The clown ate yesterday morning, and the other fish seem to be doing fine. This morning I saw her breathing heavy, but did not have the ability to do anything until tonight, which is when I found her.

Before I think about replacement, just want to hear ideas that I should check.
I've got a one spot foxface, a mandarin, and a Potter's angel. 75 gallon display.

If no other fish are showing any symptoms after about 14 days, you can generally rule out a contagious disease or a serious water quality issue.

I too, lost a years old clown recently. I looked every corner to find the reason for the death but found nothing. No sign of death or disease in the tank and my 3 remaining clowns are still behaving normal.

Were your clown a “designer”? I’m curious if inbreeding could potentially give abnormal health defects in some unlucky individual.

Yeah, it was a designer clown.
I'll keep an eye on them, but likely genetics or bad luck.

But yes, I dug through some old posts and there was a guy who had a similar issue with his designer clown and were asking if genetic could be the culprit.
