I had a small clown as my latest edition. He has been in the tank 2 weeks I never saw him eat posted a few times about it. I came home from a long weekend he he is gone. no where to be found. Any chance that will raise my ammonia I am about to go away for 7 days and do not have time for a water change. its a 75 gal tank with 18 gal sump good skimmer and I will refresh my carbon before I leave today.

I have no idea where he is I assume something ate him prob hermits.

Did you check the overflow and/or sump?

Your cleanup crew probably took care of it if you cant find any sign of it. Are you running carbon in your system?

1 fish and that equipment shouldn’t be a issue. I never take a fish out when it dies in mine. Happened a handful of times. Just let the rest clean it up. Only thing I notice is the orp drops. That’s about it.

I have not checked my overflow yet I cant imagine he got in there but ill go check. cant do a water change had nothing mixed up and on my way out for a week. I do run carbon I changed it out to fresh and changed my filter socks

Don't underestimate your fish - clowns are sneaky!!! :)

Its hard to see all the way down but I used a light no light phone camera phone video I would say nothing in there. 90% sure. Its deep and dark and water glare.
