Hello all, I lost 1 of 3 anthias during the qt processes. Thursday was day 1 of the 4th transfer. Along with the 3 anthias there is an Achilles tang. The tang is doing well and eating. The anthias are very skittish and quickly hide whenever I approach the tank. Has been very difficult to witness them eat. However today I came home to find one was gone. Here are a couple of pics.

I have been feeding them almost evrything...pellets, flakes, frozen pods, mysis...and some other that I don't even know what it is...prolly brine

Ok...wow, that I didn't suspect...should I be concerned with the others?

I can be contagious. If possible treat as prescribed in the link provided. Keep your water clean and feed a well balanced frozen food such as LRS reef frenzy. Even soaking the food in Selcon may help.

Thanks will do...I don't want to lose anymore, particularly my Achilles tang

Are those recently purchased Evansi? I bought 6 last Sunday, May 27th, and lost 4 in quarantine within a couple days - 3 knocked off within a couple hours of each other. Saw that you are in Upland, I'm next door in Claremont, thinking they may be from the same shipment...

I purchased 2 of them on May 18th along with the Achilles, then less then 24 hours I lost one, went back to LFS and came home with 2 more. And today lost this one, the other 2 seem fine, but again, they hide immediately if they see me coming. The tang has no where to hide, but from what I can tell he seems fine, due to the cost he's my main concern.
