I Received my zoa frag shipment yesterday (3/22). As usual drip acclimated the frags for 2 hrs and then coral Rx dip, fresh saltwater dip and then placed them in the tank.

2nd shipment was from inTank (3/22): Added refugium basket and filter pads.

Those 2 things are my new additions yesterday.

3rd change: Removed one rock, under which the shrimp used to hang out (3/21), he perched onto a different rock.

This morning during my AM check on livestock , I lost my Red Shrimp. Such a bummer. He cleans my Tang so well. 6 months and lost him overnight. Just scratching why and what may have happened.

My livestock:
1 Yellow Tang
1 Lubbock Wrasse
1 McCosker's Wrasse
1 Longnose Hawk Fish
1 Diamond Goby
2 Clown Fish.

All have been in the tank for the last 5 months and they get fed very well. 2 times a day.

Do you all believe it is stress from change?Any thoughts on what I should be looking for? I will wait before I add a new one. But these coincidences dont make sense.

Could be stress, did your Hawkfish mess with it any?

First thing to confirm - did the shrimp die or did you find a molt?
