Lost chemiclean spoon what can i use

So I lost my chemiclean .15cc spoon for chemiclean. Can I use the .05ml spoon from my salifert test kit? If so how much do I do? Because I'm not quite sure how cc converts to ml. I need .3 cc to treat my system.
