Lost My AI lighting schedule

I have a 200 gallon mixed reef with fish. I just lost my lighting schedule on My Ai app. I don’t know what I did, but it’s gone. Everything is set on 0% and 60%. I know there is no such thing as one set of perfect lighting parameter, but I need to get back to something close. I can’t find something reliable on google, that is unless it points back to R2R : )

can someone give me a good starting point for the settings?

Been there, sorry about that. No older versions saved in the presets.

There are some downloadable ones from AI, but look at them first. You don’t want to blast the corals with something totally different. There is also the AB+ for AI. How did you originally get your schedule set up?
