I have a anemone that is about 6 in. across. My Foxface is about the same size. Could the anemone have eaten the Foxface?? I can't find the Foxface anywhere in the tank. Could he be dead under the rock and poison my tank???? I need some ansers fast please. Thanks.

What kind of anemone do you have? It's highly unlikely it could ingest a fish that big. Have you looked in your overflow and behind the tank?

Yes and I just can't fine him anywhere. If he is dead he must be really buried under the rock. Guss the crabs and shrimp will be eating well. Just hope he doesn't poison the tank.

a 6 inch foxface isn't going to bury its on self. just keep looking. he has to be in overflow, sump jumpedout and cat or dog got it

Did you take your filter sock out and inspect it? My puffer ended up in one and I didn't even feel him in there until I turned off the pump and he poked his head up.

Most of my fish just disappear. I have 2 rbta's (worst coral ever) and i think they eat them. I did find just the skull and poison fins of my fiji (like a foxface).

RBTA's aren't corals, but rather inverts. And second, they are not fish killers, but rather opportunistic feeders. Either A. Your fish were already dead or very sick or B. You have a different anemone.
