Lost on lights not sure.. need some help

Looking into getting some lights and I am a noob... I see some lights and people paying a lot of money for them. For a 75 gal tank will something like these I posted work? for corals and fish.

I am open to some suggestions but I am not looking to break the bank with 500 bucks for each light for up to a 75 gal tank..
