Gary you my friend just WOW me! I mean really, wow!

That is unreal! I can't seem to get an eye in focus shooting a fish and you get every scale on the fish? Crazy. I'm in awe.

Craig

What lens were you using?

Thanks to all. Glad you enjoyed the shot.

Blackhawk, I just asked it to stop swimming and said please. They're very cooperative if you're polite. ;)

Settings: 1/200 sec., f/11, ISO 400, Canon 580exII flash full or half power (can't remember), Canon 7D, 135L w/12-mm extension tube.

And don't forget to give yourself some props. You have skills

Great pic Gary! I always feel like I am looking at an issue of National Geographic when I am looking at your photos. Keep up the great work...1smile1

Nope don't like it at all.....To much detail not enough out of focus for me I need a real good shot of that out of focus to really appreciate the fish.

I don't even recognize it without all the blurriness I'm used to

Great shot... hybrid?
