Okay everyone, I got a small piece of LR to seed my dry rock. I'm super new and I'm really not sure what any of these are or if they're harmful (I don't plan on having any corals in the near future not sure if that's relevant).
Also I'm still in the first week of my cycle with ammonia only at .5 ppm. Any input or advice would be appreciated!

That bristle worm looks more like a brittle star arm to me. Nice colored sponge on that rock. The one in the limpet picture is a bristle worm however.

Thanks guys! So everything should be good then? Do you think the good guys will survive the inevitable ammonia spike? I thought that was aptasia! I did a little reading and it sounds like like in a FO tank it shouldn't hurt much? And also if i pick up a peppermint shrimp in my CUC it may be able to keep them at bay? Does this sound about right?

You're telling me! I only had dry rock in my aquarium so all these organisms are blowing my mind!

The peppermint shrimp will wipe out any feather dusters you have and they seem to be hit and miss with aisptasia. The star and bristle worm should be able to survive the spike.
