So... Was peeping into my tank and noticed THIS peeking out from under an old piece of gsp that came along with a rbta. (It was wrapped around the old gsp so the lfs didn't want to rip off the rbta and gave the whole piece to me)

Apologies, i didn't have time to turn on the whites before freaking out. My first thought was baby bobbit... So i pulled out the whole gsp (the anemone split and left it's mini clone still attached to the gsp) and slowly pried the anemone off and put it back into the tank. I then spent some time pulling the old gsp (i think it's dead, ever since i brought it back, there's no sign of green sprouts at all) apart and all THIS fell out...

I'm hoping the anemone will be ok. As of now, 15 minutes later, he's still completely shriveled up...

I'm not a tank expert by any means, but that long flat wormy thing is a bristle worm. They are supposed to be harmless and live in your live rock. They eat the nasties in your tank and like to come out at night. The video didn't play for me, so I can't comment on that. Good luck!

Bristle worms if you think you have too many you are probably over feeding cut back a little and their total amount will reduce

dangit... Guess i overreacted again.

The anemone is still on its side but the tentacles seem to be inflating...
