You may be able to. I will say that 2 grams in 1000 ml raises 100 gallons .02ish for every 5 ml and the bottle is 113 grams

If I recall the loidwolf phosphate is like 10x more potent then the nitrate power so make sure to properly read reccomenddd mixing and dosing instructions.

Yes, you can dissolve it all in a gallon, or less. Solubility is about 14 g/100 mL.

I started dosing this 5 days ago and so far my phosphates are still 0. My tank is a 125g with 30g sump but I have a lot of rock so I am dosing 5ml a day. Should I dose more or does it just take longer to show any phosphate?

You dont say how much you are dosing, but it can take far more than your target to get to your target since most may bind to rock and sand, and be taken up by organisms.
