love rock

should I stack the love rock all the way to the top of my tank or should I leave the rock just stacked to the middle of the tank? my yellow tang seems to just stay at the bottom of the tank until I walk away or when i feed him.the blue tang and clown just go everywhere.

Depends on size of tank and the look you want. Normally you go up to the middle or a bit higher

I just want my yellow tang to swim at the top more. he stays at the bottom. he only swims up when there is food or when I am far away

Fish go where they feel safe. Like most creatures they sense danger comes form above. In your case form the front too . You might try feeding live worms or something great each time you walk up to the tank. They will learn that food comes when you approach.
