Low alk help

My alkalinity is extremely low can't figure out why I used the brs 2part
I have an automatic dosing system when I dose calcium 30 minutes later a does alkalinity is that too close ?could it be participating in my sump

How much low we are talking? How did you measured and 30 minutes gap is good enough. If there is precipitation you should be able to see that.

What kit? You sure you are using it right?

That said, how much did you boost it and what was it before dosing?
