Low alk

I have low Alk in my tank of around 6.7. For a long while I was only doing water changes about once a month and wasn't really testing much. I think this could have contributed to it getting low.
Question now is how should I go about raising it back to proper levels? I think I may be able to maintain it with weekly water changes if I can just get it back to where it needs to be. I'm just struggling to get it raised with water changes alone

Add some 2 part.

You can make your own alk mix by baking baking soda, just look up Randy's 2 part recipe

If I get something like b ionic 2 part will I need to use the calcium bottle or just dose alkalinity?

Test your calcium. That will tell you if you need to add that also.
