new to hobby just starting to add lps. Have like 5-6 different lps frags now, but calc and mag seem low. Calc measuring 380ish and mag measuring 1290. Using salutary test kits. What steps should I take to raise number. Dosing? Water changes? Since my tank is still only 5 months old and a nano I’m doing weekly 30 percent water changes already. Also dkh is perfect, around 9 so I don’t think kalkwausser would help me

I’d say calcium may be a little low but now terrible. The mag would need to be raised. What salt do you use? Besides that look into dosing supplements available in your market. Just dose very slowly

I use red box rpm, anyone know what has worked for calc and mag in terms of dosing. Also, I don’t have a dower so it would have to be by hand

Depends on how much you want to spend. Brs makes affordable mix yourself, Red Sea, ionic are the more popular premix. You don’t need a doser. Just use the dosing calculator on brs to determine how much to dose to raise your levels. Just remember the slower the better

For such a small tank and doing weekly water changes, you could very easily get something like liquid Calcion and Magnesion from Brightwell Aquatics and manually does a small amount each day. They have equations on the side of the bottle so you can calculate how much to dose based on your consumption rate.
